Windows to the World returns to Canberra on Saturday 18 from 10am - 4pm
Windows to the World offers a unique opportunity to step inside some of the city’s embassies and high commissions and explore international architecture, gardens, culture, and traditions without leaving the capital.
The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany will open the Ambassador's Residence to the public for a rare behind-the-scenes experience. Visitors can explore special exhibitions on the day.
The event will include information stalls hosted by various German community partners from the ACT, providing visitors with opportunities to connect with local German organisations and learn about German culture and activities available in Canberra. This intimate setting offers a unique chance to experience diplomatic life while gaining deeper understanding of both historical and contemporary Germany.
